Being a young company, we are very keen to promote our services and ethics across as broad a spectrum as possible. To this end, we are active across all social media platforms, including YouTube, Facebook, Whatsapp and Instagram. Whatever your chosen method of communication, we will be able to contact you and keep you in touch about daily landings, news and anything else of interest. Our first-hand relationships with our fishermen give us access to experiences worth sharing, and we are also open to any and all feedback regarding our business.

Whilst we will always try to contact customers on their preferred method as early as possible, we have found in the past that this sometimes results in disappointment as species tend to sell out fast! With this in mind, we developed our own app, available on both Apple and Android-based devices, which aims to combat this problem by keeping all customers informed and updated. We have most recently been honoured with first place awards for both the Regional and National categories for the APC SME Customer Growth Awards. Maintaining a good relationship with our couriers is essential to our business, and we feel this is reflected in the service we provide. Please check out the links in the footer of this page to learn more about recent award wins and accreditations.

Our recent focus has been to rebrand the company, including the website, and to focus on developing the app. However, we have found time to visit a few local restaurants, including One Fish Street in St. Ives, and Story By The Sea, just along the coast at Carbis Bay Hotel, courtesy of Bradley and Gary respectively. There is talk of a Christmas Party coming up, and both Jace and Abi hope to return to London to pick up where they left off earlier this year. With the recent addition of Drew to the sales team, we are also hoping to expand our presence in Bristol, and to eventually visit a number of UK cities further up the line. As always though, our priority is first and foremost to look after our current customer roster, with whom we are proud to maintain solid relationships.
