Fresh-caught haddock from off the South West Coast. A member of the cod family, Haddock is a popular fish cooked fresh or traditionally smoked. The meat is firm and white, high in protein and low in fat.

Our experienced fish buyers source Atlantic hake directly from local day boat fishermen daily, we prepare and fillet, packed in ice, then shipped overnight to arrive at your restaurant the next day.
Many of our boats use nets to catch our wild Haddock.

Store in the fridge between 0ºC-5ºC, and eat within 2-3 days.
If you don’t plan to eat within 3 days, then freeze on day of delivery and eat within 3 months. Defrost in the fridge overnight. Do not refreeze.
